2. Custom Products & Production

Print Addix specializes in custom-manufactured products produced from customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to:

• DTF Transfers
• DTF Gang Sheets
• Bulk Decals & Stickers
• Yard Signs
• Banners
• Signage Products
• Promotional Graphics
• Custom Printed Products

Because these products are custom-made specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold, reused, or restocked.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, dimensions, quantities, and product selections before submitting an order.

3. Artwork Submission & Customer Responsibilities

By uploading artwork or design files to Print Addix, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the submitted artwork.
• Your artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, publicity right, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• Your artwork does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Print Addix prints and produces products exactly as submitted.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Artwork quality and resolution
• Spelling and grammar
• Dimensions and sizing
• Color selections
• Cut lines and layouts
• Product selection
• Quantity ordered
• File formatting and preparation

Print Addix is not responsible for errors contained within customer-submitted files.

4. Color, Print & Production Variations

Customers acknowledge that minor variations may occur between digital artwork and final printed products.

Factors that may affect appearance include:

• Monitor and screen calibration
• RGB-to-print color conversion
• Material characteristics
• Ink absorption and curing processes
• Environmental production conditions
• Application methods and equipment

Minor color, placement, or production variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Production and shipping timeframes provided by Print Addix are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production schedules may be affected by:

• Order volume
• Equipment maintenance
• Material availability
• Artwork issues
• Customer response delays
• Weather or unforeseen events

Print Addix shall not be liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

Customers should place orders well in advance of any event, promotion, or deadline.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled except at the sole discretion of Print Addix.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required in full before production begins.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Shopify Payments
• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Other approved payment processors

By submitting payment information, you authorize Print Addix and its payment processors to charge the provided payment method for all purchases and applicable fees.

Print Addix does not store complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional delivery providers.

Once an order leaves our facility:

• Tracking information will be provided when available.
• Delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
• Shipping delays are outside of our control.

Print Addix is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Service interruptions caused by shipping carriers

We may assist customers with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee claim outcomes.

8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because all products are custom-manufactured, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.

Reprints or replacements may be issued only when:

• A product contains a verified production defect
• An incorrect item was produced or shipped due to our error
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed by Print Addix

All claims must be submitted in accordance with our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Print Addix reserves the right to inspect, request photographs of, or require the return of products before approving a replacement claim.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, harmful, obscene, or defamatory content
• Submit artwork you do not have legal rights to use
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt website functionality or security
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct

Print Addix reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or pursue legal remedies for violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

• Graphics
• Logos
• Product descriptions
• Images
• Website design
• Software and code

is the property of Awesome Ink, Incorporated d/b/a Print Addix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer or its rightful owner.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Print Addix a limited license to use the artwork solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling the order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Addix shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Indirect damages

Print Addix is not responsible for:

• Customer artwork errors
• Improper application of DTF transfers
• Equipment failures
• Color variations
• Ordering mistakes
• Shipping delays caused by carriers

In all circumstances, Print Addix's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting access to your account
• Providing accurate account information
• Updating account information as necessary

Print Addix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

13. Indemnification
