Prepare Your Artwork for the Best Print Results

At Print Addix, we want every order to look clean, sharp, and professional. Proper artwork setup helps us produce high-quality DTF Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, Banners, Yard Signs, Car Door Wraps, Die Cut Decals, Custom Stickers, Car Roof Signs, and other custom print products with the best possible results.

Before submitting your artwork, please review the guidelines below. Correct file preparation helps avoid delays, print quality issues, unwanted backgrounds, blurry prints, and production errors.

Accepted File Types

Print Addix accepts the following artwork file formats: PNG ,PDF ,SVG ,EPS ,AI

For DTF Transfers and DTF Gang Sheets, we recommend submitting a transparent PNG file whenever possible.

For banners, yard signs, decals, stickers, car door wraps, and car roof signs, vector files such as PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI are preferred because they allow cleaner scaling, sharper edges, and better print quality.

Please do not submit screenshots, blurry images, or low-resolution files as final artwork.

General Artwork Requirements

To help us print your order correctly, please make sure your artwork is clean, high quality, and ready for production.

For best results, your artwork should be:

High resolution
Set to the correct final print size
Clear, sharp, and not pixelated
Free from unwanted backgrounds
Checked for spelling and layout errors
Properly sized before submission
Saved in one of our accepted file formats

If your artwork contains text, please double-check spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, website URLs, and other important details before sending your file.

DTF Transfers Artwork Guidelines

For DTF Transfers and DTF Gang Sheets, artwork quality is very important. A clean file helps create bright, detailed, and professional transfers that are ready to press.

For best DTF transfer results:

Submit transparent PNG files whenever possible
Set your artwork to the exact size you want printed
Use high-resolution artwork
Remove any unwanted background
Avoid very thin lines or tiny text
Make sure small details are readable
Leave enough space between designs on gang sheets for cutting

If your file has a background, that background may print unless it is removed before production. Please make sure your file is ready the way you want it printed.

DTF Gang Sheet Setup

A DTF Gang Sheet allows you to place multiple designs, logos, names, numbers, or artwork pieces on one sheet. This is a great option for businesses, apparel brands, print shops, schools, teams, and customers who need multiple transfers in one order.

Before submitting a gang sheet, please make sure:

All designs are sized correctly
Each design has enough spacing around it
Artwork is not overlapping
The sheet size matches the product you are ordering
The background is transparent if needed
All artwork is placed exactly how you want it printed

Print Addix is not responsible for spelling, sizing, or layout mistakes submitted in customer-provided gang sheet files.

Banner and Yard Sign Artwork Guidelines

For banners and yard signs, bold and easy-to-read artwork works best. These products are often viewed from a distance, so the design should be clear, simple, and professional.

For best results:

Use large, readable text
Avoid overcrowding the design
Use high-quality logos and graphics
Keep important text away from the edges
Make sure the design is sized correctly
Use vector files when available

Banners and yard signs are great for business promotions, events, sales, real estate, schools, churches, sports teams, and local advertising.

Decals, Stickers, and Die Cut Artwork Guidelines

For Die Cut Decals, Cut-to-Shape Decals, and Custom Stickers, clean artwork is important for both printing and cutting.

For best decal and sticker results:

Submit clean vector artwork when possible
Make sure the cut shape is clear
Keep important artwork inside the safe area
Avoid tiny details that may be hard to cut
Outline fonts when sending vector files
Make sure edges are smooth and clean

If your decal or sticker needs to be cut to a specific shape, please clearly show the shape or cut line with your artwork.

Car Door Wraps, Vehicle Decals, and Car Roof Signs

For car door wraps, vehicle decals, and car roof signs, your artwork should be professional, bold, and easy to read. Vehicle advertising needs to be clear because it represents your business while driving or parked.

For best results:

Use high-quality logos
Keep business names easy to read
Make phone numbers and websites clear
Avoid small text that is hard to see from a distance
Use simple layouts for better visibility
Double-check all business information before submitting

Vehicle graphics are a powerful way to promote your business, but clean artwork is required for the best final result.

Artwork We Do Not Recommend

To avoid poor print quality, we do not recommend submitting:

Screenshots
Blurry artwork
Low-resolution images
Images copied from social media
Compressed or pixelated files
Files with unwanted backgrounds
Artwork that is not sized correctly
Designs with spelling or contact information mistakes

Low-quality files can affect the final print result. Starting with clean artwork gives you the best chance of receiving a sharp, professional product.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting correct artwork, correct sizing, correct spelling, and accurate order details. Please review your file carefully before placing your order.

Print Addix will print based on the file provided unless changes or design assistance are discussed before production.
